A half-day refresher covering rescue skills, spinal management, and CPR‑C/AED to keep National Lifeguard current before expiry.
A one-day entry course covering scene assessment, CPR, choking, bleeding, and shock — the essentials for home, work, or volunteering.
A two-day certification building on Basic First Aid with expanded injury management, medical emergencies, and CPR‑C/AED.
A condensed refresher for candidates renewing an active Intermediate First Aid certification before it lapses.
Teach Swim for Life and lifesaving skills to future candidates. Requires current Bronze Cross and NL.
