Judgment, teamwork, and rescue skills in swimming, surface support, and problem-solving as a lifesaving team.

Builds on Bronze Medallion with advanced rescue skills, fitness training, and the theory behind lifesaving leadership.

National Lifeguard – Pool

The professional lifeguarding standard for pools: surveillance, rescue, spinal management, and CPR‑C/AED under pressure.

NL Recertification

A half-day refresher covering rescue skills, spinal management, and CPR‑C/AED to keep National Lifeguard current before expiry.
